micromol and light level

i usually read about 30,50 micromol and i know that is a PAR unit but how much micromoles are considered low light, medium light and high light.

for example : having 30 at substrate level is it medium light?

Hi,

IMO....and this is using PAR at the SUBSTRATE and not at the surface:

0-35 Low Light
35-80 Med Light
> 80 high light

I know Tom had a range like this awhile back if you search for it you may find it....

I think his ranges were close to those above but can't be sure...
