Just after a sense check for dosing EI with a low light tank...

I have a 40 UK Gal with 75w lighting and CO2 injection around 30ppm

I'm looking to dose:

2 x per week KNO3 - 1/4 teaspoon
2 x per week KH2PO4 - 1/16 teaspoon
2 x per week Flourish trace - 4ml

Does this look right?

Also is there anything else I should consider with dosing and low light?

Many thanks

You might consider a switch to TMG, it has some K and Mg, or you might add a little MgSO4, epsom salt, at 1/4 teaspoon after the water change. If your GH is about 3-4 degrees, it should have enough Ca.

Has the Mg and extra K already and works better in hard tank water

GH is > 16dg... As I have bought KNO3, KH2PO4 and K2SO4 - would it be best to only dose KNO3?

Hey Dave, thanks. This is all set to change now anyway - I've ordered the new lighting so I can just follow EI! :)
