Looking for dual stage Victor/Concoa setup.

I'm in the market for a CO2 setup for a 75g tank and I am looking for a Victor or Concoa dual stage setup.

This is my first high tech tank, so looking for as complete a setup as I can find.

If you have anything available, please let me know.
