Considering lighting for a 12 gallon cube with the dimensions above. I want lighting that will basically work for any purpose, tank will be co2 injected. Among the options I am considering.

A couple of these perhaps.

I would like LED, but with most of the LED, but determining what to get is difficult.

Any advice appreciated.

fred,

I think almost any would work as plants can be pretty forgiving in terms of type of lighting..you just need not to overwhelm them...

The more adjustment there is in the fixture is a plus in my book...esp as you may vary between c02 and not...

Thanks, that makes sense. I'm attempting dry start on this with Mr. Aqua Soil, stauro from my big tank and some lilaeopsis, as I figure out CO2 and lighting. Using 50/50 led fixtures that I had for my SW setup. Should be ok for dry start, just ugly looking.
