    hello .. I'm newbie!

i will be running a low tech planted aquarium with heavily planted!

i will be using Tropica aqua soil + seachem root tabs + liquid ferts (easy life profito + easy carbo)

my tank is 39 liter which is 10g

    20inch (long) x 10inch (wide) x 12inch (deep)

soil will be about 1.5 inchs .. light will be finnex fugray planted+ 20inch which is 14.7 watt .. the question is should i rise the light upper the tank 6 inches more? or less than 6 inches?

because i read a lot about the par and i scare to have algae issues !! i will be running lights for 7hours !

i will be using easy + medium plants (green + red pants) from Tropica

    thanks

Start with lights higher at 6” or more and adjust lower as needed.
