Just discovered I've been running a 17 hour photo period....

No wonder I've been fighting with algae.

Couldnt sleep last night, so I got up around 3am to watch some TV and while I was sitting there, I noticed the tank lights kicked on around 4 am. Last night the tank shut off about 9 pm. Wow...

I think I need to crawl under there tonight and reset a few timers.

I had a similar problem but it was Barbara turning the lights on during the day before the timers kicked in. I have two timers... 1pm-10pm and 3:30pm-8:30pm. The lights were getting turned on at 9am. lol
