Thanks for sharing that info @snarkingturtle , its certainly changed compared to ten years ago but it's good to see this moving forward for all species not just stumptail chameleons, even the fish trade, take White Cloud Mountain minnows for example..

However in the trade you will find brevicaudatus available as true captive bred, i bred them many times, species such as brooksia that are endemic to Madagascar are and were always very hard to get hold of. Hence the price tags.. and you could only ever buy them in the UK with certificate papers etc. Even back then.

if it's getting out of hand this is something they need to do now before it's to late..

We have more than enough fauna available to us.

Thanks Jason! Valuable info... in case I need more info, I'll let you know.

Thank you also snarkingturtle, I'll check tat page out. Of course, I don't want to touch endangered species. I am very pro-nature and natural ecosystems preservation advocate. ;)

This Tank has now been closed down due to personal reasons and with house decorating and renovations.

New Scape and journal will come when possible.

Sorry about your personal issues Jason, I personally can't wait to see you back and what your next scape will be. They're always great.

Oh man I’m sorry to hear that, it was beautiful while it lasted but I look forward to your future scapes sir. I too am enjoying the low tech side of the hobby. My tank is still going strong and it seems like the more I neglect it, the better everything grows!

A shame, beautiful tank. Hope all is going well for you with repairs.

May I ask what the emersed fern was, about center-ish, just to the right side?
