Is this system a pile of poop?

I have a juwel vision 260 and i just bought the Hagen CO2 system that supports tanks up to about 70 liters, will this gas help my tank at all considering all I have is 2 java moss balls that i have cut and tied onto my bog wood?

The point im getting too is do you size the CO2 system to the amount of plants you have or to the water capacity in the tank?

If I had so few plants in my tank and also just simple species like moss and ferns, I wouldn't use CO2 at all. It just makes things more complicated.

I size the system according to being able to drop the pH one full point in an hour. You can't expect to do well with a system that is designed for 70 litres and use it in a 260 litre tank.
