The trace mix I have came from a local hydropnics store and it contains:
    Iron (fe) 7%
    Zinc (Zn) 0.4%
    Copper (Cu) 0.10%
    Manganese (Mn) 2%
    Boron (B) 1.3%
    Molybdenum (Mo) 0.06%

    I dose EI.

    I was dosing it 1/2 tsp 3X per week in my 90 (high-tech) Heavilly planted. I was also dosing K2S04 & KH2P04 at 1/2 tsp 3X and KN03 1 1/4 Tsp.

(Ive lowered the K2S04 & KH2P04 to 1/4 tsp, and the KNo3 to 1 tsp all 3X per week)

It had a sand substrate (playsand) and I've now switched to Eco Complete.

I am worried its the Trace Mix causing problems (Keep loosing fish or they just look bad and have to move them) so I've stopped dosing it but now I wonder about my plant health without Trace's.

Is it safe to dose the trace at 1/4 tsp 3X per week?

    Thanks guys.
