InLine Heaters Where did they go!

Is Pentair Heater Module the only Inline heater besides Hydro 300w on the market, They don't make Aquanetics Fireplug Heater Module any more? Will a Pentair Heater Module handle a Titanium 500w or 800w heater or are they too small in size compared to a glass heater I am more concern about max flow rates for a 110g tank

I found a In Line Titanium Heater Module that can be run in a close loop system if any one is interested would also need a temp controller :

They are custom fitted with a bushing and centering collar for there 500w or 1000w Titanium Heater an they also sell Tempt Controllers. And also Bulk Head fittings so you can mount these Titanium Heater or Glass Heaters into a sump from the side.
