Any of these will work: V52-1-11, V52-1-12, V54-1-11, V54-1-12 will work. If you go with a large orifice, you won't have any bubble control.
the stainless units are rated to a high pressure and also are quite a bit more $$$

The V54-3-11 won't work.

Matt....thanks for the info. Do you happen to have it and any dual stage regulator?

No, but you can easily order one from Bill Sand (the guy who makes them) via his phone number:
701-352-1164

If you want to run a bubble counter, the V52-1-12 is excellent. The V54-1-12 is overkill (stainless steel) and more expensive. Both come with vernier handles w/ micrometers. You can also run a v52-1-12 with a hose barb.

Also regarding the regulators, check out some of the stick threads. Figure out what type you want to build and let one of us know. We'll help you find one that you can build.

I will order it. As for the dual stage regulator, I love the look of Concoa regulator and don't mind a Victor dual stage regulator.

Matt...thank you for taking time to reply.

There are many different models of victor regulator. also there are many different concoas. you'll see a few if you look at the links I posted in the "How to build a vts253b-320" sticky thread.

Look around there and you'll see a few different configurations.
