How to use barr gh booster?

Hello,
I got some gh booster at Greg's store. How do I use it? what quantities to raise 1gh ?

also, it look's like there is fert's in this. should I review my know and kh2po4 routine?

I add about 1 teaspoon per 50 gal weekly if you use CO2 etc.
