How do I reduce CO2 bubbles in my tank?

I'm sure that this has been asked before so I apologize that I couldn't find the answers on my own!

I have a 20" 34 gallon cube tank with pressurized CO2 that is diffused into the tank at 3/ BPS at 35psi through a GLA in tank Atomic diffuser. While this system provides me with good CO2 levels, I'm tired of seeing all of the CO2 bubbles in the tank. Is an inline reactor the way to go? I have an Eheim 2217 as my filter with a Hydor inline heater. I'm not sure if adding a reactor would help with the bubbles or if it would restrict the flow too much. If the reactor is the way to go, what is the best one that you can buy? If I go DIY, what size (length, diameter) should the reactor be? My other concern is noise and vapor lock with the reactor. I read about Tom's Venturi reactor, but would prefer to not add a pump inside the tank. Is there anyway around this besides adding a sump to house the equipment? Would one of those GLA inline CO2 diffusers get rid of/ reduce the bubbles in the tank? Please let me know if any more details are needed and thank you for any help that can be offered.

An inline reactor is much more efficient than an atomizer, but it will restrict flow somewhat. Sometimes you need to compensate that with a more powerful filter or put it on a separate pump. For your tank you don't need to have such a big reactor, but I don't have experience with the smaller types.
Noise...well....that only happens if there's CO2 buildup within the reactor, but in general that means that the capacity of the reactor to disslove CO2 is not enough. I haven't had vapour lock....ever.
