hi ,yesterday i was thinking about a alternate to potassium sulphate, which i have used for more than 3 years and potassium citrate popped in my mind ,but i am worried about the citrate part as it decreases ph and the water supply which i have is soft and low in alkalinity.i can also use potassium bicarbonate, which suits my needs(KH)but want to try citrate.
any inputs?

Would go for bicarbonate, citrate isn't (or at least minimal) used by plants, so you only have a built up and risk of low pH.
