Help With Swagelok Low Flow Angle Valve With Vernier Handle

    Hi everyone, Need help here. When i close my new swagelok low flow angle valve, i notice bubbles still coming out.
    Its cant close the co2 flow completely. Any idea how to adjust it?

    When i turn the vernier handle to completely close and wait for 20min, the bps is still 4 per sec. Never slow down at all.

    Swagelok calves don’t have full close. Forcing it to full close will damage the seat.
    If you are getting 4bps at lowest then your pressure is too high. Usually at lowest it should be less than 1 bps.

    I set at 30psi and i'm using the jbl proflora inline diffuser.
