Help Identifying Regulator

Hi,

I am hoping someone can help me identify this regulator. I bought it used and it was sold by the lfs but their staff who used to handle co2 doesn’t work there anymore.

I saw that they use this same regulator in store but they don’t sell it anymore.

Any idea what brand and model this is?
