Ok i set up my hc a few days ago and yesterday i halved the lighting to 200w in a 5ft tank. I also fertlized it a fair bit with a 1:4 watered down generic plant food. 95% of my growth as went from bright green to dark green/brown.
I have noticed ive lost maybe 2cm of water and my take had no condensiton on the inside. Tank has 1 inch gaps in lids at either end.
so I have covered up thease gaps turned back up lighting watered plants heavely. Now my watter has little pools again in low spots. Any other ideas?
