Just getting back into the hobby. I kept fish in the 90s as a kid, and now that I'm returning I'm blown away with what's being done with planted tanks.

Several weeks into my first foray, I've got a 5.5 gallon with mainly Rotala rotundifolia, Alternanthera reineckii, and Eleocharis parvula "mini", with a few other odds and ends thrown in. I might be a bit overstocked at 16 Boraras urophthalmoides and 6 Bloody Mary Neo's but I'm not registering any nitrites and very low nitrates.

    Looking forward to the adventure!
