Has anyone used the Zoo Med 501 canister filter?

I saw on the Utah Nature Aquarium Club site that they were using it on a 10 gallon. I have an in tank filter on mine and would like to get one of these bad boys. There only like $40 bucks on ebay, which is cheap for a canister even if it is small.
