Hello
I read different info on different websites regarding Hemianthus callitrichoides' light requirements and I'm a little confused now:
Can it thrive with low-light high-tech setup? Will it grow taller and be unsuitable as a lawn plant?
Thanks for your input

I've grown it fairly well at rather low light, using moderate light and Excel in nao tanks has also proven very effective.

Poor CO2 and poor dosing/sediments seem to be the main issue as well as things disturbing it before it roots well.

I've had luck growing HC shaded by other plants so I don't think they're nearly as light demanding as people claim. And I absolutely agree with Tom that poor CO2 is a bigger issue as I've never been able to grow HC without CO2.

Thanks phanmc, I'm seriously considering lowering my lighting levels, and so I'm planning the new setup and which plants could be compatible with it. It nice to have a lawn plant which is not as demanding as glossostigma.
Thank you
