Do i need to get rid of my bristlenose pleco to grow dwarf baby tears? I can not keep this plant held into my gravel with my pleco. He is really rough on this plant and always uproots them. I currently have eco complete gravel.

If it's ripping up your HC then the obvious choice would be between the plants and the pleco. Maybe try riccia or moss on a mesh as a ground cover instead; separate him out while it grows, and re-introduce when the mat has grown. If all goes well, he'll end up mowing the lawn for you.
