Grow Micranthemum Monte Carlo Without Dry Start?

I was looking at Micranthemum Monte Carlo or Dwarf Baby Tears as a carpeting plant for a tank I'm planning, but they both look like it might be best to plant them as a dry start- that ship has sailed, so does anyone have advice on planting them in a cycled tank?

My substrate is coarse sand. I will have CO2 and high lighting.

Both are fine to plant in a running tank, no need to have a dry start. A set of nice pincers and anchor them well in soil. With good light, CO2 and fertilizers right from the start.
Small clumps , tip of the finger sized help quite a bit. Not only does the carpet fill in quicker but it also limits the spread of melting and allows better flow arround the clumps.
