    Hello all,

If you're wondering how to pronounce the city's name, here it goes... Skeh-NECK-ta-dee.

My fiance and I have two tanks currently, with a third under planning (I'm very lucky she's tolerant and even interested in aquariums!)

55 gallon, Flora: C. Parva, Amazon Sword (flame), Amazon Sword, java moss, L. Novae Zealandis, and a persistent hair algae problem. Fauna: 12x Harlequin Rasboras, 5x neon tetras, 3x dwarf honey gourami, 7x otos, 5x amanos, 4x C. Melinistus, 1x green laser cory.

3.7 gallon, Flora: java moss, L. Novae Zealandis, Anubius petite, S Repens. Fauna: 1x Half-moon betta

Planning the next tank: 34 gallon 20x20x20 inch cube... open to suggestions!

    I'll post pictures when able.

    Cheers,
    Eric

Thank you, and I shall keep a journal - going to try the Dry-Start Method for plants in a capped soil substrate... well, that's the plan anyway :)
