Because plants take time to respond to even optimal conditions. Have you not had issues within the last several weeks with this a recent improvement in growth and plant health?

Your plants look healthy except for the small area you mention. You can always trim one of the tops to induce branching. Then follow the growth of the NEW tops to really assess how conditions in the tank are.

Just don't want you to think that plants will all turn around at the same rate is all.

Ah ;) in that case point taken! I am going to do a WC in an hour, just measured my NO3 and PO4 (couldn't resist since i still had the tests lying around). Yesterday was my resting day. So all in all, i think i can fairly say that i am non-limitting now.
NO3 was 25
PO4 was 2

After WC i am going to recalibrate my PH/ORP/COND electrodes

i bought them for my new tank which is obviously not yet ready ;)
But you are right, might be solved sooner then i thought.. Just found out that my PH electrode is defect, fish were gasping already...

spong? = fish? Better, i just bought a new electrode today. All survived.
I was manually dosing co2 (meaning 30 minutes CO2 on, 2 hours off).
Ps i've send you a PM on aquaplantexchange.nl (for the Limnophila hipperouides)

Update
2 weeks ago i found out i had a co2 bottle empty for 3 days..
1 week ago my NO3 bottle emptied which i did not notice untill today....
Did a trim last wednesday.
Today i did a 60% WC.

Measurement
After i did the WC i couldn't resist to measure (since i saw from my plants that something is not good) and found these values:
KH: 3
NO3: 5ppm
PO4: 2ppm

NO3 is most likely due to the empty bottle, so i am ignoring that for now, but what about my PO4? Isn't that too high?

Other then that, something is missing.. I know you are going to say that it must be co2 related, but can it be something else, like to low micros?

Pics
I removed the Sunset Hygro and Giant Ambulia since it was weed as hell ;)

Comments on the tank from a fellow hobbyist;

" You have to many same shaped plants on the left "

So i am now poundering to swap the Althernanthera for Ludwigia Glandulosa Repens 'Rubin' and see how that looks on the left side.

Can you switch the L peruniesus/granulosus and the Alternathera?
Place the s belemn where the Alternathera is etc?

Might do better there.

Those 2 red plants have been taking a beating from the looks of it.
As the tank matures some, the stability should increase also.

Those stunted tips on the L granulosus scream of CO2 issues.
It's pretty tough otherwise.

That will place my althernanthera in front of my tank.. But i might create a 'street' with it.

Hmm.. Good one, will try that.

p.s. about the stunting.. Temp in my tank is 26.8 (> 80 degrees fahrenheit) will that maybe also impact stunting?

As I said on APE, scape's looking good :)

The temp probably wont be the reason for the stuning you notice, it does have a side effect which might: Warm water holds less Co2 than cold water.

Your drop checker seems to be on the green side aswell, but I don't know if thats normal or because of a waterchange :) I can also immagine you dont want to go too high with the Co2 because of those beautifull rainbow fish.

Actually it is clear blue (just refilled it) Now it is green-ish yellow. Will post a new pic tonight with the new changes that Tom suggested.
