Getting Rotalla Green straight

Is there any specific way to get my Rotalla Green to grow straight up and not sideways?

I have rotala green and mine always grow straight towards the light source. Whether or not that is straight up depends on where the plant is in the tank. Are your "creeping" along the ground? I had one stem do this. It grew roots at each set of leaves that held it to the ground. I just pulled it up and replanted it. Problem solved. Sorry I couldn't be more help.

If you prune it and then allow the new tips to grow in, they tend to go up.
It takes some time to get use to this plant.
Be patient and try topping and also try replanting the tops.
