How do you keep fungus out of the mixed solutions . My fridge is to far from my aquarium. I've read that you can put some hcl in it? Or how can i keep them, at least, a month fungusfree??

Yes, HCL will work.
With most solutions like KNO3, KH2PO4, K2SO4, there's little issue.
If you add traces, then you can often get fungus.

You can add 0.5mls of 9M HCL(or something close) to every 300 mls of solution.

Should kill everything in there for many weeks.

I have no clue how long, that depends on how long you take to go through the solution, if you use clean lab ware to get the nutrients in/out or if you set the pipette down in the fish tank water etc etc.

But even then, it should last quite sometime.
