I finally got one that passed all of the tests. WOOT!!
The regulator is a Victor HPT500-125-350. Comes with stainless Cajon/Swagelok pipe fittings, stainless Burkert solenoid, and a Swagelok B-SM2-S2-A-VH metering valve. All parts are new with the exception of reg itself which is 'like new'.
