Aside from being stainless, this is about as good as it gets. Brand new regulator(never has seen gas service - that's not common for a 2-stage regulator seen here on the forum). Brand new burkert solenoid. Brand new ideal V-52-1-12 metering valve w/ clippard check valve. This model does a maximum delivery pressure of 50psi. $250 + $15 shipping *SOLD*

Nice build and fair price. Has it been pressure tested for leaks?
If I'm not mistaken, the delivery range is 0-100 psig on that regulator. It would be considered a "C" range regulator.

Wow! I'm glad you pointed you pointed that out. I read it wrong. It's actually a 806.

Here's the label on it's box:

And yes, it has been pressure tested. ;)

Nicely done! I'm looking to build similar regulator, just received my new Concoa 412 series. Can you please advise what parts you have used in your build up, part numbers and sites will be helpfull? I will also need CGA320 adapter in brass to keep all parts uniform.

i'm probably not going to be much help here.

i ordered a V-52-1-12 from ideal (701) 352-1164 (you have to call... and you don't need the "V" it's just a nice touch...)
the solenoid came from aquariumplants.com (it's the only burkert they have)
the check valve and 10/32 adapter(clippard) came from yikesjason on tpt (he has a local supplier)
the cga 320 nut/nipple was obtained from a local welding supply company
all the other brass can be found at ace hardware - maybe even home depot or lowes
1 pc 1/4" to 1/8" npt adapter(male/male), 2 pcs 1/8" npt street elbows(male/female), 1 pc 1/8" to 1/8" npt male/male connection

i feel like i should mention you will either need to remove the low pressure gauge or take apart the solenoid to get the solenoid on there. you will need a #9 torx bit to take apart the solenoid(personally, i feel like that is easier than messing with the gauges. just don't loose the tiny little spring behind the plunger.)

you know what... your pressure relief port is one of the really long ones. you may need to mount the solenoid like i did here:

i think i did that because it hit the relief port. you could use an extension too. i just like to keep it as simple as possible.

Thank you! I can just remove pressure relese valve and use simple plug to close this port, I don't think this valve will not play any major role anyway. Just have to find correct plug online. One of the ports has plug in it, I will post picture in a minute.
