Something bothering me and I would like to get to the bottom of this thing.

I know plants couldn't care less for light spectrum, but anyway...

If you have 2 fluo NO tubes, one 'plant' tube with more red and blue output somewhere around 8500 K and other full spectrum bright daylight tube with 5500 K, which one would you put in front and why?

Any benefits other than visual with preferring one type of tube in front over the other?

Which setup would give more deep look of tank, daylight in front or 'plant' tube in front?

They should appear the same to you. I've never noticed any fdifference switching placement of colors.
