Has anyone used this product?

If so where can I find it in North America? So far I can only find it in Europe.

Seems like a nice way to convert a regular T5HO or LED fixture to an automatic dimming fixture.

Hi Mike, it is widely used in the Netherlands, you do need 0-10v dimmable ballasts though..
