Will introducing a small amount of Iron conflict with any of the compounds in my macro mix?

What iron form? What concentration? Are you using other substances to regulate the pH of the mix or some reducing compound?
No specifics, no ph modifications, in general can iron be added to a macro solution or will the iron conflict with the other compounds listed above
It can. There are plenty of commercial fertilizers that have all the elements listed and iron in one bottle, such as https://nilocg.com/products/thrive-all-in-one-liquid-fertilizer . However, keeping it plant available in such a mix is about specifics 
Ahhhh ok, its probably better to keep them in seperate bottles then. Would dosing together cause issues?

Yep, even though possible, having 2 bottles is not that much of a hassle and allows easy adjustment.
Multi bottles isnt the worst problem to have, but with MTS and a growing number of different dosing schedules having custom tank specific all-in-ones sure would make things easier!
