Farlowella quetion

Hi this is sounds like nobie question, i always had problem with keeping plecos, am not sure is it the co2 they dont like, or the heavy planting, my ph goes down to 6.3 with co2, i tried gold nuget twice and they all died with in 2 weeks, now i found Farlowella at the store and got 2, one died after a week the other one still ok, my question is how to feed them? they will not go tword any food tab, all other fish been there for some time(more than 2 years) whats the tric to keep them alive?

These guys are very easy going, timid fish, easy to raise with compatible tank mates.


Your pH (if that were important) seems perfect. They like algae wafers, Nori, is a real treat, Romaine lettuce, peas, zucchini and so forth, sometimes blanched, sometimes raw, they like a varied diet.
