excel & Co2 checker

Hi Guy

I want to know if i dosing excel as co2 into my tank, will my co2 checker change colour too?

The CO2 checker absorbs CO2 until the test liquid has the same level as your tankwater.
This lower the PH of the liquid and then the color will change.
Exel is just a different kind of carbon. It does not get in the test liquid. And even if it would it won't not effect the PH.
