Evil ebay rant

So I sell a remote control helicopter for a really good price on ebay.
The buyer never flown rc before. crashes helicopter and then complains to me that it was wobbly and made a "high pitch noise"(any electric heli will be high pitched sound)
and files a complaint with ebay. Ebay then decides the case in buyers favor.. I get my back broken and he gets all his cash back WTF!!
I'm appealing this, I can not believe how grimey people can be.

I'm so tired of jumping through hoops with ebay/paypal only to be pimped like a 2$ whore.

Customer is always right, even when they are wrong.

Flying an RC heli is tough, I cannot think of anything tougher actually. You should make a very explicit policy regarding RC and the user, and your VERY limited liability there.

I've pulled some buyers and refunded their money cause I knew they where trouble.
You cannot teach the ignorant that think they know everything.

They also should not buy, many just want a freebie or stick you with the bill.

At least it was electric and not a higher priced gas.........

Kinda funny that 5 mins before i read this i flew my sons air hog rite into my 75 gal while trying to shoot my marci with the missles, take note those missles cause alot of kick back if you ever try this.
