    Hello everyone!

I recently acquired a pack of tissue culture Eriocaulon cinereum which had 3 small heads with roots about 2mm long. I am finding it extremely difficult to keep the heads anchored in the aquasoil powder until they root. I've tried JBL plant clips and they seem fairly well anchored but then, the next morning, the heads are floating at the surface!

Does anyone have any tips regarding keeping the heads anchored?
They'e pretty small ie 2.5cm diameter.

    Many thanks in advance!

I wrap the roots right under the plant with a thin layer of black filter sponge, then wrap a small piece of plant weight around the sponge. They will sink to the bottom. Then put the roots in the substrate

I do similar, but with rockwool instead of foam as the liner for the lead weight.
