Hi,
I have an ADA Mini M setup, and I've started it using Aquasoil Amazonia and the DSM. I've just noticed something wrong with some of the new tenellus growth. I've lost almost all of the old growth, and the new leaves are generally coming through fine. It's just leaves local to one corner of the tank at the moment. Anyone know what I'm lacking?

It's being misted a couple times a day with TPN+ solution and the tank has a glass cover.

Cheers,

Hi, could be burning from the ferts you sprayed.
I used to spray a terrestrial plant with my micros mix.
The leaves got burned (turned brown). It's just too concentrated.

Hi,

Is that really possible? I never imagined one could burn the leaves by spraying with ferts!?

I think that may well be the case of my tenellus. Will stop immediately and see what happens.

cheers,

GM

Thanks nipat,

Can you forward a rough estimate of the "ideal" concentration for spraying for both the macro and micro?

cheers, G
