Hi guys so I have a 72 gallon dry start that I'm working on an I've noticed that my carpet of hc on one side is yellowing and browning... What could be the cause of this? Will that be an issue once I fill the tank???

    More info:
    Dry start tank
Lighting tek light 4 x 54 watt bulbs
    Photoperiod: 12hrs
Humidity: 86-95% from external humidifier + air pump for air circulation
    Substrate ADA aquasoil
    Inside temp: 84-90 degrees

Many make it too moist and not enough air. Just leave a crack in the hood.

Left a crack in there.. It's just weird because they were doing Soo well.. And all of a sudden they turned yellow almost overnight then they started browning... Kinda perplexed and confused.. Humidity has never gone down below 83% so it can't be that.. Air pumps are in place so there should be enough air being exchanged inside of the tank... Any other thoughts Tom?

Never seen it occur with aquasoil, did you mist with something bad, potentially bad etc?
