In my 50 L tank, I have Glosso, HC and Eleocharis parvula.
Reading Amano's advice I cut the eleocharis to the ground and I think I did huge mistake! Before cutting it was growing good, but it's been one month from cutting and it hasn't grown much, even some parts has died! :(
Glosso and HC are growing just fine!
I'm dosing DIY CO2, Micro and Macro elements on daily basis. The substrate is ADA Amazonia
    Light 1.2 w/L

    Any advice please??

I suspect you are correct, over pruning, since I do not prune that heavily I really do not know.

    This should help in groving...:gw
