Electrolites in RO water

I mix RO water with tap water (ratio 3:1). Do I still have to add electrolites to this mix or my tap water should take care of it?

Most everyone blends a % of RO with tap, if the tap is pure enough, then well, you don't need RO.

I generally target about 3-4KH.
