I was wondering if someone could give me a formula for daily dosing liquid based on 5ml/10gal assuming my kh is 5 or 6 and my gh is 7 or 8. I have 500 ml bottles and all the dry fert's needed. I read the pmdd style post but I'm a little confused with the 20 g tank scenerio. I'm also not sure if I need to add k2so4 and mgso4 if I do how much?

    Thanks!

Maybe I could re phrase my question:

    If I add:
    30 g kno3
    7.5 g kh2po4

to 500 ml bottle and dose 5ml/ 10g daily

Do I need to add any k2so4 or mgso4 given a kh of 5 or 6 and gh of 7 or 8

I don't understand the importance of GH and I'm having a hard time finding that info.

Any help is greatly appreciated! Have a great day :)

So your tank is 10 Gallons and you want to do what type of scape? Light?
Or is the tank 50 Gallons?
    Or you have several tanks?

Would not hurt to add a little Mg, but check your tap water report.

GH is the same as the other ferts, but is common in tap water anyway.
