Dwarf Hairgrass Yellowing?

Hi i have a 10g tank and the whole bottom is filled with dwarf hairgrass. The dwarf hairgrass in my tank is turning yellow in some spots. what could be the cause of this and how can i fix it. Thanks

10 gallon aquascape, Hagen 20 filter, 78 degrees, 36W 50/50 light about 10 inches above tanks, CO2 injected. I dono i just came back from vacation and its been about 2 weeks since i did any water changes. I changed the water dosed nutrients and with excell iron the other day.

When in doubt, water changes are always a good idea!
