Dosing Very Small Tanks?

I was wondering how I would go about dosing very small tanks. I have 3 tanks I would like to dose, but they are 2.5g, 5g and a 7g bow. None of them are co2 injected, and I'm not sure the best course of action to take with them. Would I need to make a solution because the quantities would be so small? Since theres no co2 injected, how would the recipes be affected?

Make up a batch of ferts added to the top off water, non cO2 tanks do not need much as it is.

you can also buy premixed ferts like the seachem line. They are watered down but make it easy to dose small tanks.
