Dosing guns for liquid fert

I've been poking around to see what ergonomic options there are for manual but accurate liquid dosing.

I know there are squeeze bottles that push liquid into a smaller graduated reservior for pouing out. But anyone ever use something like this? See "Oral Pump-It" and "E-Z dozer". Seems useful for the planted tank.

CVS will give you free dosing syringes at their pharmacy counter. They usually have 1, 5, and 10 ml sizes.
