Dosing Barr's GH Builder/Booster

I have a baggy of magic dust from Greg Watson. It says Tom Barr's GH Builder/Booster and it contains a variety of sulfates. When I put 1/4 teaspoon into a gallon of RO water, not all of it dissolved. I measured about 8 degrees GH and around 260ppm TDS. Assuming those would go up when everything dissolved, I'm assuming the real figues would be around 10 dGH and 300ppm. Can anyone here give me the expected numbers on using this stuff?

According to Tom, dosing should be in line with Seachem Eq dosing.
