My tap water has 2 Kh before I put it in the tank. Recently I have noticed my Kh starting to go up. Two days ago it was at 4 Kh, yesterday at 5 kh and today at 5.5 Kh. I am not sure how that is happening but I do have some red slate that I collected about 10 years ago. It has been in all my tanks so I just threw some in this one. This is a brand new tank that was set up about a week and a half ago with ecocomplete, 3.66wpg, EI fertilizing, Co2 injection.

    Should I be concerned?
