CSM+ liquid solution

Hello All,
there was a recipe for mixing with water and excel. Anyone know?? I believe Tom posted somewhere!?! Can't seem to find it.

Old PMDD:

2 table spoons CMS+B to 500mls of water. I cut this and make it 1 liter to 2 table spoons. I use hot water and then maybe 20-30 mls of excel.
I dose about 30 mls per 60 Gal daily if I remember to do so.
