2x 150 W HQI 10,000K coralife bulbs, also a pair of 8000K bulbs(new), and the PC lights are 2 x 96W 8800K custom sealife (I use this for my 180 gal exclusively). These where removed from a client;'s tank after 5 months. Remote ballast(2).

I have 2 hoods like this.
4 cords, 1 for each HQI, 1 for the PC and the last for the moon lights.
You can retrofit 2-4 54 W T5 with a little bit of work/effort also.
They are high light and should be used at 12" or so above the tank's water.
I'd not suggest more than 2-3 hours of HQI at a time.
