Confused on what to buy and how to use

Ok, I must be chemistry challenged because I am totally confused. Maybe I have read too much here and there. First here is my tank.
20 gal regular, CO2 bottle injection at 30ppm. 65W PC lights. Heavy plant load. Set up for about a week. Starting to see a little bit of hair type stuff and brown slime. Not much, just a little.
I went to Gregg Watson site and looked and read there too, and I am cluesless as to what I should buy, how much I should use and when. What is added with what, what is mixed and what is direct to the tank.
I am sorry if I sound like an idiot, but like I said, maybe I over read and have complicated things.

Thanks to anyone who thinks they would like to straighten me out.

Hi JR,

First go to Greg's site and purchase KNO3 and KH2PO4, this will take care of your macro's.

You then need some traces, you can use Seachem Flourish or I believe that Greg sells plantex which is a dry trace mix.

After you have the macro's and traces do a water a 50% water change once a week then add 1/4 teaspoon of KNO3, 1/16" of KH2PO4 right
afterwards, the next day add 5 mls of Flourish. Alternate back and forth like this until your next water change then start all over again.

Just read back on the old threads and you will find this information explained in greater detail.

Thats clears it up a bit. I was looking at
greggs site and see the CSB+B Plantex. Is that the one to get ? I assume I would then mix that and also dose that at 5ml if I use that instead of Floursih?
