I was wondering if anyone has ever took two canister filters and ran them into one spray bar? I have a Ehiem 2215-17? and Marineland 220C. My idea is to make a long spray bar and connect each filter to the opposite ends. Anyone with an opinion is more than welcome!

Balanced Approach

Hi,

The only problem I see would be balancing the flow rates.
:)

My recommendation would be to plug the spray bar in the middle.

Think I've decided to make flow bars instead of spray bars! Keeping the filters completely seperated! It's only for a 29 gallon but I want lots of movement in the tank. I think if I "T" off the flow bar one high and one low off of each filter I can get flow through the whole tank! With the flow being distributed out of two different flow bars, I think I wont have too much flow. Any suggestions???
