Would the Atomic Co2 diffuser by GLA work with a clippard mouse solinoid? I can't remember the working pressure for the solinoid, it was either max at 100psi or 10psi. and the working pressure for the diffuser is 30 psi.

actually that depends on the regulator...

if your current system is working without leaks, it's not going to be a problem. atomisers only have problems with low pressure setups like DIY CO2

p.s. your clippard mouse is rated to 7 bar or 100psi

As long as the valve doesn't end with "-H" you should be fine. With no suffix, it's 100 psi or so max, with "-L" it's 50, I believe, and with "-H" it's 25.

So, for example, EV-2M-12 and EV-2M-12-L will work fine with an Atomic, but EV-2M-12-H won't.

All three of them will work fine at 25 psi or under.
